Whether you live in New England and really need boots in the winter, or in California, where boots are just a fashion statement, boots are back. They might be ankle boots, knee boots, or thigh-high boots. They may have four inch heels, or be completely flat. They could be loose and slouchy or tight and smooth, leather or synthetic, brown, black, cream, blue, any color you can think of. . . And what to wear with them?
